📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical solutions and operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to enterprise and carrier customers.
• Develop and implement technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of technical solutions and operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Represent China Mobile International at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and enhance our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical solutions and operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in telecommunications, ICT, and related technologies, including knowledge of 5G, network infrastructure, and cloud computing.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Certified Network Professional (CNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a strong asset.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
