Field Sales Agent - Pet Industry Expansion (Bali, Indonesia)

In this role, you will engage with local pet shops, veterinarians, and pet care businesses to promote our products and build long-term relationships. You’ll leverage your sales acumen and strong communication skills to understand the needs of our target market and tailor our offerings to meet those needs. With a competitive salary of Rp 7.500.000 - 8.500.000 per month, this is a chance to grow professionally and contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pet shops, veterinarians, and pet care businesses.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the pet industry.
• Promote Powerpets Philippines Inc. products through presentations, demonstrations, and samples.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure distribution and sales partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Attend trade shows, events, and pet expos to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet food or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the pet industry and local market trends.
• Ability to travel extensively and work in different locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
