📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and other accounting software.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the company's budget and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial transactions.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including event budgeting and cost analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management industry is a plus.
