📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.
  • Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
