📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.,Monitor and control inventory levels, and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Experience with marketing and customer service strategies.
