📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential luxury residential properties.,Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other industry professionals.,Present properties to potential buyers and negotiate sales agreements.,Coordinate with legal, financial, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.,Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.,Achieve and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential sales, preferably in Bali or a similar high-end market.,Proven track record of successful sales in the luxury real estate sector.,Strong knowledge of the Bali luxury real estate market and local regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
