📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school events and activities to promote a well-rounded education for all students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,At least 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
