📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other written materials.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write and edit content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.,Create instructional videos and other multimedia content to support our products.,Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.,Work with graphic designers to ensure consistency in visual and written content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
