In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, maintenance, and performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet maintenance schedules.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
