📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop EV solutions for heavy equipment, focusing on performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for EV adoption in heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EV systems with existing machinery and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement testing protocols for EV-powered heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on EV technologies and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and apply innovative solutions to our products and services.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for EV initiatives.
• Represent Indotruck Utama at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote our EV solutions and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EV technology, with a focus on heavy equipment applications.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA for designing EV components.
• Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics for EV applications.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to EV technology and heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
