📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using SAP or similar accounting software
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct financial reviews and provide insights to support decision-making
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial disclosures
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide financial support to cross-functional teams as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Proficient in Mandarin language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
