📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any issues,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
