PT Yudha Gading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead GA Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administration and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.,Monitor and maintain office security and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Administration or Office Management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
