CV Boga Property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As the Lead Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Work closely with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
