📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives and growth.
  • Manage the HR team and provide guidance and support to HR staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP) is a plus.
