📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and policies, and that all employees are trained and compliant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure consistency across all locations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bengkulu.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
