Hotel Bimo Shop is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.
