📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with business goals,Maintain training records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management software is a plus
