In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring our financial processes run smoothly. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP and QuickBooks to track transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports. This is a temporary assignment, but it offers a unique chance to see how a major player in the paint industry operates and to build your expertise in accounts management.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
- Use SAP and QuickBooks to track financial data and prepare reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive financial information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or payable
- Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
