📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor fleet performance using tools such as GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize route planning and fuel consumption.
• Provide training and support to new drivers and mechanics as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and other fleet monitoring technologies.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
