📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of environmental policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector, to promote environmental sustainability.
• Lead and manage environmental projects, such as waste management, pollution control, and conservation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with national and international environmental standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable development and environmental conservation.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance and progress towards environmental goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the environmental agency team, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship.
• Represent the environmental agency in meetings and conferences with national and international organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a government or regulatory capacity.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with environmental software and tools, such as GIS, environmental impact assessment software, and environmental management systems.
• Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and policies, both national and international.
