HR Executive (Bali - Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar & Surrounding Areas)

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people management and administrative excellence? We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and B.

As an HR Executive, you will be the backbone of our HR department, responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company in one of Indonesia’s most beautiful and culturally rich destinations.

In this role, you will use tools like BambooHR for HR management, Google Workspace for communication and collaboration, and Zoom for virtual meetings. You will also need to be proficient in Indonesian and English, as our team is diverse and international.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Conduct job postings and interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill vacancies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and company events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
