📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement supplier quality plans and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Coherent's quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance data using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and support to suppliers on quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Work closely with the Procurement and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Coherent's supplier quality strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supplier quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and international standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language a plus.
