📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track debt collection processes to ensure timely recoveries.
• Conduct follow-ups with debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and recoveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate collection efforts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to engage with debtors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
